Our partner is among the world’s strongest brands and offers one of the most desirable products. Still, the current car dealership format no longer generates sufficient traffic. Taking a drive to the outskirts and business districts just to visit a huge product showroom fits neither into the zeitgeist nor the busy schedule of a progressive target group. To remain relevant, we developed a strategic framework and extensive toolbox to transform the dealership to a point of experience and core of a local scene.

OUR CONTRIBUTION

For this project, we analyzed the status quo, prepared industry insights and defined a strategic brand proposition. Additionally, we developed a concept and accompanied the entire implementation process.
